During a break in some winter sports on Friday, Algonquin took a moment to recognize its championship spring sports teams.
Last spring, the Algonquin baseball, girls lacrosse, and boys lacrosse teams all won their respective Central Mass championship, and at halftime and in between successive basketball games on Friday evening, each team was awarded a plaque in recognition of their accomplishment.
