Human Resources Manager | The Assurance Group

The Manager of Talent Management /HR is?responsible to drive the corporate talent management strategy. Specifically,?to articulate and promote the company?s brand and value proposition in order to increase business capability, create a high accountability performance?culture, and establish a pipeline of well-qualified talent. This broad-based position is also responsible for?multiple areas of human resources administration including but not limited torecruitment, on-boarding, personnel, compensation, benefits, training, career?development and risk mitigation.Key responsibilities include:
  • The development, design and implementation of talent management initiatives and retention strategies?that maximize existing talent and support the recruitment of future?talent.
  • Develops and leads strategies?that create a strong sense of organizational culture; supports the?engagement and motivation of internal employees and a distributed?workforce.
  • Improve the?company?s internet presence leveraging social media to promote the company?s brand and value proposition
  • Administer and?maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data and generate regular?reports for executive review
  • Lead all talent?management initiatives, including employee assessment & evaluation,?training, & development, performance management, retention and?succession planning;
  • Manage employee?engagement efforts through regular employee surveys, gap analysis and?engagement strategy development and deployment.
  • Establish and?monitor key talent performance indicators and metrics that support?business strategy
  • Provide leadership and advice?to senior executives and management teams in areas of talent management,?workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, and ?????? organizational effectiveness.
  • Assess employee morale with a?focus on continuous improvement; constantly seeking opportunities to?better support employees and foster their professional development.
  • Actively participate and?support the recruitment efforts and initiatives, including sourcing and?qualifying candidates and creating ongoing relationships with qualified external?candidates.
  • Development of best practices?related to sourcing passive and active candidates, relationship management strategies, assessment tools and protocol, college?recruitment and onboarding programs.
  • Oversees the HR functions of?the business including recruiting, compensation, benefits and operations?to deliver high quality human resources services to the organization.
  • Maintains current knowledge and understanding of regulations, laws, industry trends and developments?regarding HR that may affect the company and advise management and?employees accordingly.
  • Provides guidance in employee?relations and compliance related issues.

Position ? Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR or related discipline, Masters?preferred; PHR preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years? experience direct Talent?Management, Recruitment and broader Human Resources
  • Minimum of 3 years in HR management role
  • Ability to manage full life-cycle search process
  • Highly consultative with the ability to quickly translate business needs into human capital strategies and tactics
  • Strong metrics-driven management approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, project and process management?skills
  • Outstanding communication, verbal and written, and?presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship building, interpersonal and influence skills
  • High levels of personal integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to travel 25% ? 50% of the time
